  1. This option allows you to set up 
  2. various files for use with the software.
  3. First you can set up a menu for the
  4. names of the tutor groups so that these
  5. can be easily selected by using the
  6. mouse in various parts of the program.
  7. Secondly you must set up the assessment
  8. structure informing the program of how
  9. many criteria blocks there are and what
  10. their titles are. To set up a student
  11. file from scratch you need to enter all
  12. the names, but if a file of these is 
  13. already available you can use this to 
  14. set up any further files. Further help
  15. is available on the next menu.
